Dominion Access Care – Essential Plan

$150 / month
  • All office visits are included in the membership at no additional charge.
  • All sick visits are included in the membership at no additional charge.
  • One comprehensive annual exam is included per membership year at no additional charge.
  • Routine labs are included up to two times per year.
  • Preferred discounted pricing is available for additional labs, procedures, and imaging.
Lab note: Routine labs are limited to two units per membership period and reset according to your membership cycle. Additional labs are paid for separately by the patient.
