Plan Details
Dominion Access Care – Essential Plan
$150 / month
  • All Office Visits are included in the membership at no additional charge.
  • All Sick Visits are included in the membership at no additional charge.
  • One Comprehensive Annual Exam is included per membership year at no additional charge.
  • Routine Labs are included up to 2 times per year.
  • Preferred Discounted pricing for additional labs, procedures, and imaging.
*Note regarding labs: Routine labs are limited to a quantity of 2 units per period resetting on your membership cycle; additional labs will be paid for by the patient.
